I tried to give some reps this evening but every time I click on the grey thingee the comment part vanishes before I can type.
Is it a fault or just me being thick?
I successfully used it yesterday.

l just used it a minute ago and it was working fine. You can check because you were recipient!

As you can see by the attached pic I have enabled the full range of Reputation features for your user group.

I am not aware of any issue with the rep system, and can only assume it is due to your individual settings or browser preference.
